Beat the summer heat with these super easy tips.
1. Freeze pillowcases
Pop your pillowcase in the freezer for a few hours. The perfect way to cool rosy cheeks!

2. Close the curtains
Block the sunlight to help regulate the temperature, keeping the room cool.
3. Unplug electronics
Turn off all non-essential gadgets and chargers in the bedroom!

4. Ditch the duvet
